As the program administrator for this heavy equipment road and highway contractor our role encompasses all workers’ compensation insurance-related operations including claims management, loss control/risk management, accounting and finance, reinsurance and excess insurance placement, vendor actuarial services, regulatory compliance, claim reviews, and overall program management services. Various reports are provided on a monthly basis and as requested to keep the company apprised of their program costs. The company uses an agency as an intermediary between the company and the program administrator, so we manage the relationships between us and both parties to ensure good communication and strong program results.
