The company writes excess liability insurance for cities, towns, counties and associated political entities, on a direct basis in 15 states. As program administrator we are responsible for: underwriting, claims, accounting and finance, loss control/risk management, reinsurance placement management, committee management, in-house actuarial review and overall strategic planning.

In addition to these functions, we have also conducted several custom policy re-writes, hosting of board, committee and membership meetings at various locations around the country. We also manage the investment advisor and make several in-person visits to members as part of our stewardship program, loss control/risk management visits and as per member requests. We are also responsible for marketing the program under the direction of the Board.
