This program is comprised of group home facilities that provide care for individuals with disabilities. As the claims administrator, our role encompasses claims management, loss control/risk management, accounting and finance, regulatory compliance, claim reviews, and overall program management services. Various reports are provided on a monthly basis and as requested to keep the group apprised of their program costs. An agency is used as an intermediary between the company and the program participants, so we manage the relationships with both parties to ensure good communication and strong program results.
