Vice President/Controller

REPORTS TO: Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer

LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN

POSITION OVERVIEW: Management and responsibility over the daily operations of our financial functions. These functions include, but are not limited to, application of accounting principles, practices and procedures; assurance of internal controls; internal and external financial reporting and analysis; tax compliance/filing; treasury management (including cash collections and disbursements); and planning/budgeting.

MINIMUM SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.
CPA designation highly recommended, but not required.
7 years experience in direct field.
Knowledge of accounting databases and end user applications to provide the most timely and accurate financial information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent leadership skills.
